A closer look
What our September campus events achieved
The September tour covered six campuses in four days. Five of these campus events were MoU signings, which formally started long-term partnerships. Each signing sets up a calendar of workshops, value added courses, guest lectures and internship options for the college.
At Velalar College of Engineering & Technology and AVS Engineering College, the signing was followed by an industry session. Students heard from Icanio experts about current roles, skills and hiring expectations. At Sri Shanmugha College of Engineering & Technology, a guest talk gave students a view beyond the classroom.
The tour ended at Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering in Hosur with a career guidance session. It helped students explore their options and plan their next steps. For each new partner, the next stage is planning the first programs with faculty.
MoU signings
MoU signing ceremonies
An MoU signing is often the first of many campus events with a college. It sets up internships, courses and lectures for the semesters ahead.

Joining hands with Rajalakshmi Engineering College to open doors to learning and career opportunities.
Signing an MoU with Einstein College of Engineering to create new opportunities for students.
An MoU with Sri Sankara Bhagavathy Arts and Science College for learning and industry exposure.
Signing an MoU with Karpagam College of Engineering to foster collaboration.
An MoU with Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science for new student opportunities.
Joining hands with K.S.R. College of Engineering for industry exposure and careers.
An MoU with Jaisriram College of Engineering for learning and career opportunities.
Joining hands with Study World College of Engineering through an MoU.
An MoU with National Engineering College for industry exposure and career opportunities.
Workshops and courses
Workshops and value added courses on campus
These campus events go deeper than a talk. Students build something with their hands, guided by an industry expert.

A two-day interactive workshop on Coding with AI at Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, exploring AI-powered coding and modern development practices.
A hands-on workshop at Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College with practical, real-world exercises.
A skill-focused value added course at Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology.
A value added course on .NET covering C#, ASP.NET Core, web development and database integration.
A value added course on Generative AI at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai.
Guest lectures
Industry guest lectures
Guest lectures are the easiest campus events to start with. A practising engineer shares industry insight and takes live questions.

A guest lecture at Velalar College of Engineering and Technology on industry insights and emerging technology trends.
A guest lecture at Karpagam College of Engineering on real-world applications and career opportunities.
A guest lecture at Sri Sankara Bhagavathy Arts and Science College on emerging technologies and professional skills.
An MoU signing and guest talk at Sri Shanmugha College of Engineering and Technology.

Which campus events suit your goal?
Different campus events solve different problems. Use this table to pick a starting point.
| Format | Best for | Typical length |
|---|---|---|
| Guest lecture | Awareness and career clarity | A single session |
| Workshop | Hands-on exposure to a new tool | Half day to a few days |
| Value added course | Deeper, lab-based skills | Spread over weeks |
| Career guidance | Planning next steps after college | A single session |
| MoU signing | Long-term, multi-program partnership | One ceremony, many programs |
We recommend starting with a guest lecture or workshop, then planning an MoU once students and faculty have seen the format.

Why it matters
Why campus events make a difference for students
Many students in Tamil Nadu never meet a working software engineer before their first interview. A single guest lecture can change that. It shows students what the job looks like, which skills matter and how to prepare.
Hands-on campus events go further. In a workshop or value added course, students write code, use real tools and get feedback from someone who does this work every day. That early exposure helps them choose a track with confidence.
In our experience, the strongest results come when campus events connect to a next step. A student who enjoys a Coding with AI workshop can move into our AI & ML internship. A college that likes a guest lecture can plan an MoU for the full year.
- Real exposure to industry roles and expectations
- Hands-on practice with current tools
- A clear path into internships and further programs
For faculty
How to prepare your college for campus events
A little preparation helps students get the most from our campus events. Here is what our team suggests to faculty coordinators.
- Share the student profile: department, year and prior skills
- Book a lab with working systems for hands-on sessions
- Check that projectors, Wi-Fi and power points are ready
- Nominate a faculty coordinator for attendance and logistics
- Collect student questions in advance for the live Q&A
- Plan a short feedback form for the end of the event
