Why our internships feel like a first job
Most students finish college knowing theory but not how a real team works. Our internships close that gap. You join a project team, take a brief shaped by real client work and deliver it in short sprints.
Each track follows the tools and workflows that Icanio Technologies uses on live delivery. A mentor reviews your work every week and tells you what to fix. You learn to solve problems, take feedback and explain your decisions.
By the end, you have more than a certificate. You have a project you can walk an interviewer through, and the confidence that comes from having shipped something. That is what our internships are built to give you.
- Live project work drawn from Icanio client scenarios
- Weekly feedback from a practising engineer or domain lead
- Structured phases, so you always know what comes next
- Resume, mock interview and career guidance included

Engineering internships suit students of CSE, IT, ECE and related branches, plus BCA, B.Sc. and MCA learners. Each track builds hands-on skills on real tech projects.

Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. You turn designs into working screens, connect them to APIs and deploy them. It is a strong start if you enjoy visual, fast feedback work.
Learn moreBackend Developer
Learn how servers, APIs and databases power every app. You design endpoints, model data, handle authentication and write tests. Choose this if you like logic, structure and solving problems behind the screen.
Learn moreSoftware Testing
Build practical QA skills in manual and automation testing. You write test cases, find and report defects, and learn how testers protect quality before every release. Detail-minded students do well here.
Learn moreAI & ML
Work with real datasets, from cleaning and exploring data to training and evaluating machine learning models. You learn Python tools used in industry and apply them to practical problems.
Learn moreUI/UX Designer

Learn moreMobile App / Flutter Developer
Create cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, from screen layouts to state management and API calls. You finish with an app you can install on a phone and show to employers.

Why join
Why join our internship program?
Four things make our internships different from a course or a certificate you can buy online.

Live project experience
You work on real-time projects that show you how an application is built from start to finish. You see planning, building, testing and release, not just one slice of it.

Flexible learning options
Instructor-led classes run on weekdays and weekends, in offline, online and hybrid modes. You can fit your internship around college, exams or a job.

Customise your internship
Choose a duration that matches your goal, from a 15 day introduction to a six month deep dive. Longer internships include bigger projects and more phases.

Interview and career guidance
You get continuous interview preparation, resume building, mock interviews and career mentoring. Our goal is to make you ready for your first job, not just finish a course.

Why Icanio
Learn from engineers who build real products
Our mentors are not full-time lecturers. They work on active Icanio client projects.
Icanio Technologies is a Tamil Nadu based AI company trusted by 100+ businesses. Icanio Tech School is its education arm. The mentor who reviews your work reviews client work every week.
Every trainer has 3+ years of client delivery experience and is background verified by Icanio HR. Code reviews follow internal Icanio standards. This is why our internships teach habits that hiring managers look for, not just syntax.
In our experience, students who get hired fastest can explain a real project, the trade-offs they made and what they would change. Our internships give you that story, along with a mentor who helps you tell it well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which internships does Icanio Tech School offer?
We offer 15 internships. Engineering tracks are Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Software Testing, AI & ML, UI/UX, DevOps, Flutter, Business Analyst and Project Management. Non-engineering tracks are Human Resource, Finance, Sales, Digital Marketing and Data Analyst. Each track has its own page with the curriculum, tools and projects.
Who can apply for these internships?
College students in any year, recent graduates, career switchers and self-taught learners can apply. Most interns are in their pre-final or final year of B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA. If you are unsure about eligibility, apply anyway and our team will guide you to a suitable track.
How do I choose between engineering and non-engineering internships?
Start with what you enjoy and what you have studied. If you like coding, design or systems, look at the engineering tracks. If you prefer people, numbers or marketing, the non-engineering tracks fit better. Our counsellors talk through your background on the first call and suggest one or two options.
How long do the internships last?
You choose the length. Options run from 15 days and one month up to three and six months. Short internships give you a focused introduction. Longer ones add more learning phases and a larger live project, which makes your portfolio much stronger when you apply for jobs.
Are the internships offline or online?
Both. You can attend offline at our centre, learn online, choose a part-time batch or mix modes in a hybrid plan. Weekday and weekend batches are available, so you can plan your internship around classes, exams or work.
Do I get a certificate after completing an internship?
Yes. Every student who completes one of our internships receives an Icanio Tech School certificate that states the track and duration. You also leave with a portfolio of the work you did, which employers often find more convincing than the certificate alone.
Will I work on real projects during the internship?
Yes. Every intern works on a brief drawn from Icanio client scenarios. You work in sprints, with weekly reviews from a practising engineer or domain lead. The goal is to give you the same experience you would get in the first months of a real job.
Do your internships help with placement?
Our internships include resume building, mock interviews and career mentoring. Top performers are referred to the Icanio Technologies talent team for internship and associate roles. Across our programs, 1,000+ students have been placed, and 90% of them within five months.
